Shouldn’t the local authority be doing this anyway?
Prior to a BID going live in Oban, Argyll & Bute Council and other statutory service providers ( Police Scotland, Transerv etc..) must provide details of existing and planned services which will form Baseline Service agreements with the business community. The projects and services that a BID delivers will be in addition to Council services and will not replace them.
