Andrew was employed by BID4Oban Ltd during August 2017 following a highly successful career as a Store Manager with Homebase Ltd. He has brought a fresh approach to how the BID is managed and organised ensuring that BID4Oban is at the forefront of commerce and tourism in the town of Oban. He successfully took the BID though its second ballot during October 2017 and subsequent ballot in November 2022.
