Business Improvement Scheme
The Business Improvement Frontage Grant Scheme is one of several projects designed to deliver this objective and offers grant funding up to £1200 including VAT to any existing commercial business operating in the town which wishes to improve the appearance of its business frontage or environment.
So far we have provided over £100,000 to local businesses, helping to improve the town for both visitors and locals alike.
Businesses are required if possible to submit three written quotes. We realise this is not always possible and are happy to discuss individual situations. Work should be carried out by local tradespeople and local firms which also helps to support local businesses.
